We’re sharpening our image (but not getting any funnier), and Wusthof is our manufacturer of choice for knives. They’re sorta indie, and family-owned since 1814. The company is German, and their symbol is a trident, an attribute of both Poseiden and Shiva.
Their catalogue is extensive, so we carry a few options that we like in particular. We’ll also order anything you like, no questions asked.
Pictured here is The Bleached Blond. It features a high carbon steel set which is extra shiny, and a nickname that the manufacturer in no way endorses.
